The Collective is a community of young artists who are devoted to the technique and skill of the craft, taught from experienced artists relaying that the industry is a marathon, and not a sprint. The Collective believes in process based acting, non competitive environment, and power in individualization. Through focusing on technique that makes us a more imaginative and specific artist, we send off young actors who will bring artistry to a commercial industry.
